We shared with her what we thought we needed in a home and the same day she had a list of homes with those specifications in our price range. Within that list was the home we ended up purchasing. We chose 3 houses from that list and immediately put a contract on one of them without any pressure from her. We often texted or emailed her with questions and she was always very quick to answer and always took the time to make sure we understood each step of the process. Betsy was the fourth realtor that I called for a Market Price on my home to help me set a selling price. My goal was to have it ready to put on the market before Thanksgiving, therefore saying this I had a lot of things to do to the house for that goal. Before the day was out Betsy had already contacted and had a couple out of state wanting to view it. A contract was agreeded on within 24 hours for the sell of my house!! All I can say is she definitely takes her job seriously and didn't play around! She contacted constantly with any requests, question and so on, I never was left wondering or waiting. Great response time!! The choices on service provided shows listed and sold was the only choice I could agree on, but my house never got listed because she responded so fast

On one occasion I asked if she knew the dimensions for the refrigerator space in the kitchen, she took the time to drive to the home, measure the space and take a picture. I was referred to Betsy Jarrett through a relocation company. Right away, Betsy contacted me and took time out of her busy schedule to learn my situation. She understood that I was a Federal Govt employee who was soon relocating out of the area for a promotion and that I only had to list the house a short 45 days before I did the paperwork for the Govt.'s relocation. She also understood that I doubted it would sell in such a short timeframe and that I was simply going through the process I had to do. Regardless of those facts, she went above and beyond to quickly get me an initial sales/comp report and a very thorough analysis of my home & neighborhood and what she thought we might be able to sell it for in a short timeframe. I decided to list it with Betsy and Crye-Leike because of her expertise in the area, her enthusiasm and passion for her job, and her optimism that she could get it sold. She immediately took some pictures, put up the for sale sign, and got it listed in MLS so that my timetable for listing it could quickly begin. During the listing timeframe Betsy kept in constant contact with me and made sure to give me ample time to freshen up the home before she or someone else showed it to as prospective buyer. She gave me advice on things to entice prospective buyers. The entire time her amazing personality and enthusiasm kept my spirits up and the stress down about the house selling.

There is no way that we would have closed on this property without Betsy. Because of the large acreage and appraisal standards in the industry currently, this was not an easy property to get a mortgage for. Betsy was able to direct us to the right people to get this done.
